ผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product) Show --> ความหมาย ของผลิตภัณฑ์ ผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product) ประเภทของผลิตภัณฑ์ แบ่งตามวัตถุประสงค์ในการซื้อของผู้ซื้อ สามารถ แบ่งได้เป็น 2 กลุ่ม คือ กลุ่มที่ 1 ผลิตภัณฑ์บริโภค (Consummer product) หมายถึงสินค้า หรือบริการ ที่ซื้อโดยผู้บริโภคขั้นสุดท้าย (Final consumer) กลุ่มที่ 2 ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรม (Industrial product) หมาย ถึง สินค้าหรือบริการที่บุคคล องค์การซื้อ เพื่อใช้ในกระบวนการผลิตสินค้าอื่น หรือใช้ใน การประกอบธุรกิจ ผลิตภัณฑ์อุตสาหกรรมีเป้าหมายที่ตลาดอุตสาหกรรม ผู้ซื้อที่ ซื้อไปเพื่อการผลิตให้บริการหรือดำเนินงานของกิจการซึ่งส่วนใหญ่คือองค์ --> องค์ประกอบของผลิตภัณฑ์ องค์ประกอบของผลิตภัณฑ์ (Product component ) แบ่งตามคุณสมบัติ ของผลิตภัณฑ์ออกเป็นระดับได้ดังนี้

รายละเอียดของผลิตภัณฑ์ประกอบด้วยอะไรบ้างรายละเอียดของสินค้า คือ ข้อมูลต่าง ๆ ที่เป็นข้อความในเชิงประชาสัมพันธ์ บรรยายสรรพคุณของสินค้า และรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับสินค้า เช่น ที่มาและความหมายของสินค้า, ราคา, สโลแกนของสินค้า เป็นต้น
ลักษณะของผลิตภัณฑ์คืออะไรผลิตภัณฑ์ อาจหมายถึง สิ่งที่มีรูปร่างหรือมีคุณสมบัติทางกายภาพสามารถจับต้องได้ หรือคือสิ่งที่มนุษย์ผลิตขึ้น เช่น เสื้อผ้าเครื่องแต่งกาย, เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม, ยารักษาโรค ฯลฯ ผลิตภัณฑ์ (ธุรกิจ) อาจเรียกรวมกันว่า สินค้าและบริการ ผลิตภัณฑ์ (เคมี)
ลักษณะทางกายภาพของสินค้าประกอบด้วยอะไรบ้างลักษณะทางกายภาพของสินค้า (Physical Characteristic of Goods) เป็นรูปร่าง ลักษณะ ที่ลูกค้าสามารถมองเห็นได้ และสามารถรับรู้ได้ด้วยประสาทสัมผัสทั้ง 5 คือ รูป รส กลิ่น เสียง สัมผัส เช่น รูปร่าง ลักษณะ รูปแบบ บรรจุภัณฑ์ตราสินค้า
