No electrical plugs or USB plugs. No lounge at KKC airport.

Thai Smile must be the only airline in the world that still doesn’t allow mobiles and iPads to be used during taxi, takeoff and landing. No inflight service due to COVID but a little snack and water handed out as we left the plane. I also like the deplaning by row, I wish more airlines did this

After we went through the security check, we brought the liquid products back to the boarding pass counter, our baggage had already been sent to downstream. But the staffs was very helpful, they provided a box, packed the liquid products for us and checked it in as the second luggage. This solved our headache and it was a huge deal for us, making us smile. Thanks to your crew/staffs again."

ข้อเสีย: "There's only one down side of this flight. The Lucknow international airport terminal is downright embarrassing. There are four or five desks to handle passport control. That's fine, but none has a label on it as to who should be at which. NonIndians should go to the extreme left one. Then they have one xray machine that all arrivals have to put their carry-ons through while the previous flight is trying to put all their heavy luggage (they are most likely all male workers coming from the Gulf). Then there is a small, rickety belt with everyone crowded around for the luggage. Well, there are two belts, but only one is functional. And to top it off, most of the luggage carts have at least one broken wheel! Amazing and embarrassing when arriving from any terminal almost anywhere! Lucknow, you have a lovely domestic terminal, wake up and build an international one! Shurum ki bat ha!"

ข้อเสีย: "The crew had a poor attitude and even rude, I asked to move to get past the food trolley as my 4 year old son needed the toilet and they just said wait, they would only have to move 2 metres. We were sitting directly behind upper class but were not offered the chance to use the forward toilet even though there was no one sitting in that section. They seemed to have an attitude problem and not at al like Thai International who are excellent. will never fly again with Thai smile."

(2) Thai air sold the Ticket, but boarding ticket issued by Thai smile. (3) a ground staff ( reissue staff)is unfriendly particularly those who is at Thai office, airport. (4)Thai smile is a low cost air line. So Thai air shouldn't sell this kind of ticket It hurts fame of Thai airs hospitality."

Great budget flight. No frills however very efficient. I would recommend them if this is what you are looking to book.

Plane left on time and it’s a straightforward experience.

Prio check-in just means a extra line to wait not check in before others just lost of money. Had a delay of more then an hour almost missed the check-in window from my hotel

The ticket number Kiwi gave me was not recognized by Vietjet so I was unable to do the check in. When I got to the airport I was told my flight was cancelled. And we almost missed our connecting flights in Bangkok but luckily we just made it on an earlier flight. If we had not arrived early for our flights we would have missed both flights. Kiwi needs to tell your customers when their flights have been cancelled!!!!!!!!

Very bad experience all around

No food or entertainment on this one hour flight. Crew were very nice as always!

Great flight between Bangkok, and Phuket.

Service before boarding, boarding staff made me buy another return ticket as my Evisa was processing, when I landed my visa was already delivered as I new it would be, wasted money because this arrogant self important b wanted to show her authority

ข้อเสีย: "I always use Kayak to book an international flight Chiang Mai to Denpasar, with my luggage checked through. But this time I went to International in Chiang Mai to check in and found that you had bungled the booking. You booked me Chaing Mai to Bangkok on a DOMESTIC flight, and expected me to get onto the next leg, International, Bangkok to Denpasar, in 2 hours. You left me only 2 hours to disembark in Bangkok, get luggage at the Domestic carousel, go through customs, take luggage to the Check In counter in the International, get boarding pass, go through customs and security. Then race to the boarding gate for my INTERNATIONAL flight to Denpasar. What a trauma. The International Air Asia check in was mobbed!! I only made it in time because staff at the check in found me by chance and put me to the front of the line. I won't use Kayak again, after using you for 15 years. You have a nerve selling such a ticket."

ข้อดี: "Several budget airlines make up their profits by fees. Didn't know this was such an airline going in. If you know going in you will be in a seat that doesn't allow enough leg room for your feet to sit flat on floor and a drink of water has a cost associated you may not be disappointed."

Second, even though airlines like Qantas have shown that there is no reason to turn electronic devices off before, during and after flights, AirAsia won't even allow you to have your device in flight mode. So backward! Also, you'll find that their website is not easy to deal with and they will nickel-and-dime you for everything."

ข้อเสีย: "I booked a flight on Air Asia from Chang Mai to Krabi during a vacation in Thailand. Luckily it was only a two hour flight because the seats are absolutely tiny. I am 6'4" and am used to having pretty much zero legroom on flights, but this was another level. I had an aisle seat and had to sit with my legs completely spread open into the aisle for the two hour flight. Don't book this airline if you are over 6ft tall and plan on flying standard economy."

ข้อเสีย: "Kayak is typically great but not when you purchases Airasia services. There is no customer service for the Americas. The app changed my flight date and I need to get a refund. Nothing. I contacted twice with 24 and 48 hrs using their form. Nothing. Don't use air Asia from the states. There's no phone number for customer service. They acknowledged my request and it's been 2 weeks with no follow up when they said they'd would with in 24 hrs. I am currently disputing the charges bc I never flew."

Their seats are tiny I am 5 feet 6 inches and I barely fit comfortably. Honestly I will definitely avoid AirAsia in the future I I traveled on many other airlines and found this to be the worst."

The flight itself was reasonably priced compared to others when we went to check the baggage they said we had to pay separate which was news to me and ultamitly my fault for not catching that as I was booking it. In Thailand my wife who is Thai tried to figure out the situation and the person at the check in desk was very rude. We are used to having a checked bag for an infant but half the size of a adult ticket so our infant bag. So we had 10kg bag for my daughter then the rest of our luggage at the 15kg weight. We ended up having to pay for 900baht per checked bag up to as many adult tickets. But they counted our first bag as a adult ticket so at the end we had one extra 15kg bag at which they charged us excess baggage fee of 400baht per kg... They would not let us switch the order of the bags so the smaller of the bags would fall in that category. So our baggage price was much more expensive then the initial flight itself. It would not have been that bad but the guy that we had to deal with was very rude on top of all that sudden news. If the customer service was better and more polite it would have been much better to deal with."

My girlfriend is in a wheelchair and can't travel without checking a bag with medical supplies. In the US, the charge is usually waived. On this flight, not only did we get charged, but we got double charged for not booking the checked bag ahead of time. In addition, nothing was for free on the plane. It was a terrible travel experience."
